Dr Da Lara is great. Pain free procedure (I was very anxious for no reason). Great staff. I'm Very happy with this practice.
They don't answer there phone. I called at 4:40pm and was on hold until 5 pm. Then the hold music suddenly switched to a recorded voice telling me to call back during business hours. I did call during buisness hours. I needed to set up a new patient appointment today. I'll see if the Germantown location will answer Monday.
This is about the Germantown location. Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place is amazing in every way, the staff are amazingly friendly and Dr Da Lara makes you feel right at home, he listens and goes through every thing which can help you...great experience.
