Dr Raffo didn't even look at my prior history or ask any questions before making a diagnosis.. Now the on-call doctor emergency option for after hours isn't functioning. Im having complications from surgery and can't reach a physician from any of your offices. Unacceptable.
Did not have a good experience with Dr. Raffo. He looked at my knee that has been hurting for the past 2-3 years for about 20 seconds. He didn't even lift my pant leg to look at my knee... he just felt it through my pants. He was rude and inattentive.
Dealing with this group was the worst experience. Specifically speaking, the administrative staff. They do not return phone calls, and if they do, they don't leave messages. Trying to schedule surgery? Forget it. You might as well schedule surgery with your local internet provider - yes, it's that hard to get surgery instructions, answers to questions, responses to questions, email alerts, responses to emails, etc. The person(s) who schedule your surgery seem to think multiple apologies will make up for their irresponsibility. Did you make an appointment to see the doctor and spend an hour and a half in traffic? Better make sure you told everyone on staff AT EVERY LOCATION that you have an appointment, otherwise, the doctor will tell you that even though you drove an 1.5 hours in traffic, that he/she can not treat you because the staff forgot to tell you that you are not allowed to be treated prior to surgery. I have never experienced such incompetency.
Have been going here for 10 years for both knees and shoulders. Have had consistently good and attentive care, particularly from Dr. Raffo. PT group is excellent as well.
I don't know why all the low stars. The doctors here do suck, but I go for there superb PT service. Tons of equipment, space, and knowledgeable PTs! They are a relaxed open space which I really like. They even welcome my kids to stick around when I have an appointment.
The PT staff here though is great. I saw Katie a few times and she was great! She was very thorough and attentive to your needs.
