I hate leaving bad reviews and honestly, I love Red Robin. But this place? Never again. Save your money.
Service was awful. Rude and slow. But the worst part was that it was my daughter's birthday. We told them. The didn't say a word. They didn't sing. They didn't even wish her a happy birthday. I thought maybe they don't do that at this location. But shortly thereafter, they sang to two other tables including the one next to us. My daughter was really upset.
There was no host at the door. We waited fifteen minutes before anyone even said hello. They seated us quickly once they noticed us. It was empty! Dinnertime on a Friday!
I have only been here once but we had a great experience. The hostess seated us promptly and our waitress was very friendly. The food was prepared well and was served quickly. My burger had lettuce on it (I asked for no lettuce) and the waitress really wanted to bring it back to the kitchen to fix it (I declined). We did need to flag down the waitress and ask for refills on our sodas. She did come to check on if we wanted refills on our fries. Overall we would go back for sure.
Came in the other day, the food was amazing! If this place had a little better organization it would be top notch. The servers are amazing. I had a young guy Don as my waiter he was amazing along with the bartender nice young Indian girl. There was nice waitress young blond girl that was helping my server when he got backed up with his other tables. Thanks guys for the great time. Y'all are amazing. You guys did very well under pressure!!
I'd give it more stars but the bathroom makes me reluctant to go back. If I did, though, I'd be getting the sweet and crispy sweet potato fries because they were perfectly fried.
We enjoyed our meal but the bathroom was terrible. I believe they serviced it when I asked (their serving staff was kind and attentive) but when I went back in the cleanest of the stalls was still missing toliet paper and the seats weren't much cleaner.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but everything about our experience at this restaurant was awful. To be clear, I'm reviewing the Red Robin in Germantown MD, not the whole chain. It's actually a favorite restaurant.
Worst Red Robin ever. Waited nearly an hour to get seated despite others coming and going after us. Tried to split up our party. The amount of fries given were so small that they were literally gone before everyone even got their food. No refills (and it was only water) until our meal was finished. Had already taken our plates away and then they brought out fries. The manager said he could not do anything since we were a large party (although we had separate checks). Absolutely piss poor service. #SHOULDVEGONETOIHOP
