My first and only visit was when Cafe Rio was still fairly new, so that may have been the reason behind my experience. It was horrible. It was a weekend so I had forgotten to eat most of the day, and I was starving. My stomach was in knots. As we got their, there was a long line despite the kitchen having enough staff to service everyone faster than they had been. Additionally, none were wearing hair nets. After a long wait in line, I sit down to my burrito and take a bite. HAIR. A big long hair hangs out of my mouth and I pull it out, kinda of grossed out. I take another bite. THE SAME THING HAPPENS. This repeats several times until I give up and go home. Overall, I am not haply at all with Cafe Rio and don’t plan to go there again.
Great place, they have good good and good service. They offer my favorite taco Tuesday so obviously it's gonna be great, and quite packed.
What's not to like? Generous portions of custom-made entrees prepared with fresh ingredients; Consistently good customer service; And one of the best customer loyalty programs I've ever encountered. Combine that with great daily specials and you understand why this has become a go-to dining establishment for me.
Food is good. Service is poor. I have ordered online many times but have never got my food on time. Always have to wait 10-15 minutes. What's the point of ordering ahead???????
Food is great, customer service sucks. Every time I go there I feel like the employees are bothered that I’m there. They need a manager or someone who can train them in basic customer service skills. They would get a lot more business if they did.
