Some nice people, some not. Most of them don't know much about what's going on in their own store. I ordered some engineering prints and they didn't rotate the images and still tried to charge me the entire price. Most of the copy/print machines don't work and they staff don't bother to try and help. They mostly wander around and say they're too busy to help you. I use Staples for most of my printing across the country but I'll make sure not to come back to this one. Just save yourself time and grief and go somewhere else.
It is a usually quiet place with the employees always working but they are always eager to help you. The prices are decent, and for a home office store, you can find a lot of good products!
When I called ahead to get the chair, someone named Don answered and said that the chair was now $180, the young man had made a mistake , and there was only one left and if I wanted one I would have to order it, as he could not give me the floor sample. Needless to say, I called the other staples on Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, and was quoted and was able to get the chair for the $150 that the other young man had promised. Oh well, your loss, the other stores gain.
The only reason I gave this store 2 stars was because of the young man who helped me when I was trying to select a good chair with back support for my home office. He gave me a price of $150 for the Nexus executive chair by La-Z-Boy which is normally $300. I wasn't able to get it that day, but he said there were several in stock and that I should be able to get the same price as I told him I plan to come back in a few days.
This staples has been so wonderful! I had to print my wedding programs and they were so kind and efficient!
I found everything I had on my list :-) and I didn't have to wait in line at the register!
