I am highly disappointed in this store. My husband, who is African American, walked in this evening to buy a phone case for his iPhone. After purchase, he went into the car to change to the new case and discovered that the case that was in the box was different from what he thought he purchased. He went back in to let the associates know and was accused of stealing by the security guard on duty. The security guard went further to lie and say he saw my husband switching out the case on his security camera. How disgusting!!!!! There are honest working African Americans out there. We all don't steal!!! I will make sure others are aware of such discrimination and to stay away from your store.
After wandering a bit of the aisles, I was greeted by a staff and asked if I was finding everything okay.
Have a nice selection but don't always match prices as advertised.
I came here to look at the TVs and the staff that greeted me was very helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions as well. Only downside is that they do not have the TV I want in stock.

I been on hold for the pass 30 minutes. How many employees do have working right now. one person can pick up. I'm so done. That's why the one on shady grove is better. Never going or calling the one in Germantown ever again.
