I'm not sure if it's just this store, or Kohls in general but, man, this place is filled with such mediocre junk. I got over a hundred Kohls cash - that's free money - and I walked around this store for an hour but I couldn't find any deals that piqued my interest at all. Plus, it was all pretty well ransacked after Christmas, but they've had a few days since to get their house in order. Meh. Maybe I'll try Frederick next time.
From Black Friday to Christmas they're open 24H a day Fairly flexible returns /exchanges. Biggest pain is that Customer Service is in the back corner of the store.
I cannot say enough good things about this store!!! I had a problem with a return and the customer service was amazing! They really went above and beyond to help resolve my problem. I did not expect this level of customer care from a department store. I will only shop here from now on!
Kohl’s located in Germantown has always been neat and orderly and easy to fine what you’re looking for. Lately my last three trips store seems to be very dis-organized. Today I waited over 35 minutes before they open a new register. There either short on help or just poorly being managed by management.
I love Kohls and usually have a good experience. Today, I went to return a gift for my baby and got complete attitude from the girl working in customer service. She rolled her eyes and let out a big sigh when I told her it was a gift and it needed to go on a gift card vs. back on the Visa. She was incredibly unpleasant and rude. It was an unfortunate experience and reflected poorly on the company.
