My dog came out of the groomer with a cut on his leg that he didn't have before, the staff took him into the back to grind his nails, so I wasn't able to watch them. The staff had a nasty attitude as well. I wish I could give no stars.
We took our La-Chon puppy to get groomed on 8/2/17. The previous groomer did an outstanding job. He looked like a show dog when she got done. BUT, the groomer on 8/2 isn't fit to shave a pig. Worst cut ever. We should've gotten our money back. Go to another PetSmart, to get your dog groomed. Don't take a chance to pay your hard earned money and get this person.
This place is absolutely rude. I came in with my mother to get some dog food and when we walked in there was dog poop. As we were walking a very rude employee yelled "The bags are right there to pick that up" my mom politely told her that wasn't our dog sorry I am not picking that up. She proceeded to give us a nasty attitude and say "Well I'm no picking it up YOU have to pick it up." I mean come on. If it was our dog it's one thing. But how is a dog going to walk and poop a perfect pile at the same time? We just walked out and went to a different location. The girl was pretty young, brown hair, light complexion pretty thin. Wish we would have got her name.
Usually the Petsmarts are great. I took my service dog to this location for the first time to get her nails trimmed. She doesn't like getting her nails trimmed at all so she growls. That dont stop the team members from helping her at other petsmarts. But this one. Maybe because the lady back there was pregnant, and it made her jumpy when my little baby growled. Thats all she does and she had a muzzle on. But they refused to trim her nails. I was able to get her nails trimmed at the petco in Germantown with no problem and it took less than 5 minutes. This will be my go to pet store from now on. Sorry Petsmart! I was a longtime customer.
I wish I could give this location no stars. I took my daughter to PetSmart tonight to buy a fish. While she was there she decided to upgrade to a new tank. I am an experienced fish owner, I have had several tanks over the past 20 years. My daughter's last fish lived for 3 years. Our plan was to transfer everything from our established tank to our new tank, and then add the fish into the new tank. Their 18 year old fish experts refused to sell us a fish because we were buying a new tank.
