A groomer BUTCHERED my female Pomeranian puppy's hair. I specifically said THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GETTING MY PUPPY A HAIRCUT, and to make SURE to keep her ears fanned out... only TRIM her ears. CLEARLY the woman did not understand the word "fanned out" even though I made a stupid gesture with my hands on my freakin head. She justified her huge mess up by saying "you should of said natural look."
Now my puppy looks like a fat male dog, a "teddy bear" the woman called it. If you're forced to come to this location, bring a picture from online to make sure they understand what you want. IDK who in their right mind thinks this look suits a FEMALE Pomeranian puppy.
