No one answers the phone at this location EVER!!! I drive by only to find out they are closed for lunch and unable to talk to the property manager. Now we are all waiting for a call back to find out if our storage units have been broken into since we currently do not have access to the property. I found out on social media that the property is under investigation and NO ONE from Public Storage has reached out to their customers to let them know if they have been affected.
I had a very horrible experience with this particular location (08079). We had reserved a unit over the phone on 8/5/17 for 8/20, at which time we were instructed to come to the office on or before 8/20/17 to select our unit because multiple units were available. I was also told that if multiple units weren't available to select from at that time they would reserve one for us. However when we had arrived on 8/19 to select and pay for our unit we were told that they're were none available for the size that we had reserved. We asked what we had reserved and the manager told us that we had spoke to someone through the 1800 number and they don't manage that locations units. He gave us the option to select from another unit that was $20 more a month. To make matters worse they refused to honor the promotion that was offered to us online even though we provided him with the confirmation email from their company. They were very unwilling to work with us and we were told to "accept what he was now offering or go somewhere else". I will never use public storage again.
Really great staff! Willing to help you with anything you need and explains everything to you every step of the way! With really bomb prices!
Wonderful, wonderful experience! The staff (Ms. Shayla) was excellent and very knowledgeable. She was very helpful and patient considering I had a million questions that I needed answered. Thanks to Shayla for making my experience with a public storage worry and stress free.
Clean space and the manager loreal was so nice. Easy access. I advice my friends to have unit in the same address like me.
