The owner/operator Dipen Patel is a class act. His approach to be all about customer service is refreshing. He even offers free prescription delivery to your home. In my opinion, his organization is the future of the "concierge" pharmaceutical industry. He is the first in this area to try implement this approach. I am lucky to have found him, and would tell everybody to drop your scripts with him, and see why I will never leave his care.
I had been to 5 pharmacies today before walking into Ultra Care Pharmacy. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. Dipen Patel is by far the best pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He listened to me and reassured me that he would help me. I am already recommending people to go to his pharmacy. I will be switching all of my prescriptions to his pharmacy. absolutely amazing personal care to clients. they go above and beyond to make sure patients get their medication (they have medication in stock) communication is very clear. the convienence of the pharmacy for me is great. I will continue with this pharmacy for my prescriptions and children's prescriptions.
