Called 8:21pm. Called again 10:31pm to see what's taking so long and they apologized coz they were busy.
Ate the custom one anyway. Didn't even taste good.

Don't get me wrong Papa Johns was my pizza place not anymore.
Called again at 11:15pm and manager Brian said I never made an order.
It's after 11pm most places closed or too late for delivery.
No complains.
Ordered a thin crust customized pizza and a thin-crust "The Works" pizza. Turns out the person at the counter messed up half the order, got "The Works" but I got a different customized pizza that was meant to be delivered to someone else.
For years the service and the food quality has been great.
Luckily Vocelli pizza came through less than 20mins.
Ordered a pizza online this past saturday and thought it was going to be a nice dinner; but it ended up being one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Pizza was saggy, tasteless, asymmetrical slices (i never have asked for perfection, but one huge slice and some in between and a couple of small slices... really?), garlic inside the box was stale. My roommate pointed out that they probably used ketchup as tomato sauce because the taste was horrible. It was supposed to be half sausage and half veggie. I couldn't even identify which slices were veggie and which sausage. The only good thing (and that's why I gave it 1 star) delivery was on time. Will not order pizza from this place ever again!
The pizza I ordered was baked 30 minutes ago, according to their tracking system, but I am still waiting for delivery to come. It must be as cold as iron when it arrived:-(
