Use of technology for the checking in and checking out makes the rental process easier. Also, I like the new credit card terminals for enhanced security.
Manager and staff are very friendly and professional. It may be busy at this location, but they are very hard working individuals and will do their very best to accommodate every customer. Only improvement I see needed, is to hire more people. Other then that, this is my favorite location to rent a car.
My car broke down on a busy highway. I was able to get a ride to Enterprise. Without having a reservation, I expected there to be issues. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted right away with a positive, let me help you attitude. Although they were slightly busy and low on inventory, he kept working with me until he got me into a vehicle. He turned a very upsetting and frustrating morning (was heading to a funeral) in to a bearable situation, just by performing his job very well. Much appreciated and one of the reasons I am still a loyal customer after all these years.
I would give a 5 star for all previous visits, but can't on this one due to the car itself. I do appreciate the team here so it will not keep me from renting there again.
When I come to visit friends and family in the area, this is my go-to place! The staff are always very courteous and helpful and the cars fine. They even called me the evening prior to pick up this trip to let me know that there was going to be a longer than usual wait the next morning so we found a more optimal time for me to pick up my car. The only downside to this rental was the visual condition of the car. While technically clean, the car looked worn on the exterior and interior. There was a large stain on the front passenger seat. I was using the car solo so it was no big deal, but I would have been embarrassed to the shabby appearance if I had to transport others. The car needs to be removed from the fleet.
Great service, excellent customer service and the Manager Anwar Cole quickly resolves any issues. In all, the staff is very professional. Will be my go to location.
